We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
We take great care with our products, but if something arrives damaged, please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If the packaging looks damaged, sign for it as "Damaged" with the courier. You must report any damages or missing items to us within 48 hours of receipt via phone or WhatsApp.
Unfortunately, no. Once tiles have been fixed or fitted, they are considered "accepted" and are no longer in a re-saleable condition. Please double-check your quantities and finishes before installation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct bank transfers for trade account orders. All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Yes! You can place your order online and select "Click & Collect," or simply visit our Tyseley trade counter during business hours (Mon–Sat: 9am–5pm, Sun: 10am–4pm) to pay in person using chip & pin, contactless, or trade account terms.
