Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Warwick Tiles and Bathroom, we understand that whether you are managing a large-scale project or a home renovation, timely delivery is essential. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Order Processing Times

Standard Orders: All orders for in-stock items are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Cut-off Times: For Next Day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
2. Click & Collect (In-Store Pickup)
Skip the shipping fees with our free local pickup service at our Tyseley trade counter.

Instructions: Please wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email before arriving. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
3. Domestic Shipping
We proudly offer shipping across the United Kingdom. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your items.
4. Local Trade Delivery
We offer specialized local delivery services for trade account holders and large site projects within a 20-mile radius of our Birmingham depot. Please contact our team via phone or WhatsApp to arrange direct-to-site deliveries and discuss volume requirements.
5. Delivery Access for Heavy Goods
For large items (such as baths, boilers, and palletized radiators), delivery is strictly kerbside only.

The delivery driver will not carry goods into your property, upstairs, or onto a building site.

Please ensure someone physically capable is present to receive and move the goods on the day of delivery.

If access to your property is restricted for Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs), you must notify us prior to dispatch.
6. Inspecting Your Delivery (Important)
Due to the fragile nature of sanitaryware and heating equipment, you must inspect your items upon delivery.

If the packaging appears damaged, you must sign for it as "Damaged" with the courier.

Any damages or missing items must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
7. Delays & Out of Stock Items
While we maintain high inventory levels, occasionally items may be delayed by the manufacturer. If your order includes a backordered item, we will contact you immediately with an estimated lead time. You will have the option to split the shipment or hold the order until all items are ready.
